Every published rate
Discovery sprint
$9,500
Includes: Architecture, scope, risks, phases and an estimate — a fixed two-week engagement.
Doesn't include: Implementation. It's yours to keep even if you walk away.
Embedded senior engineer
from $11,500/mo
Includes: A senior engineer working your hours, on your roadmap, under our NDA and IP assignment.
Doesn't include: Management overhead — the engineer reports into your team directly.
Specialist engineer
$14,000/mo
Includes: A specialist for a specific stack or domain — payments, crypto, mobile, data.
Doesn't include: General-purpose staffing; this is scoped to the specialty you need.
Tech lead / architect
$16,500/mo
Includes: Architecture ownership, code review authority and delivery accountability.
Doesn't include: Day-to-day feature work; a tech lead directs, and the team builds.
Platform build
$85,000–$220,000
Includes: A dedicated team, CI/CD, tests and infrastructure as code, demos every two weeks.
Doesn't include: Ongoing support after launch, unless you add a support plan.
Code audit
$6,500
Includes: A written assessment of an existing codebase: risks, gaps and a remediation plan.
Doesn't include: The remediation work itself, which is quoted separately once scope is known.
Support
from $4,500/mo
Includes: Monitoring, incident response and a defined response window for a live system.
Doesn't include: New feature development, which is quoted as its own engagement.
Hourly
$110/hr
Includes: Short, well-defined work that doesn't justify a monthly engagement.
Doesn't include: Anything open-ended — those move to a monthly rate once scope is clear.

// questions
Pricing questions, answered
How is a fixed price set?
A discovery sprint produces the architecture and scope a fixed price is based on. We don't quote a platform build without one, because a number without scope behind it is a guess.
What happens when scope changes?
Scope changes are written up as a change order with its own price and timeline before any work starts on it. The original engagement isn't renegotiated after the fact.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repository under your organization, and every embedded engineer signs our NDA and IP assignment before touching it.
What does a discovery sprint deliver?
A written architecture, a phased plan, the risks we found, and an estimate for what comes next — delivered in two weeks, and yours whether or not you continue with us.
