Every network member is interviewed on their discipline, reviewed on real work, and checked against what they've shipped before we bring them to a client. Once a fit is agreed, they start within two weeks of signing. If the fit isn't right in that window, we replace the person or refund the difference — the 2-week fit guarantee applies to every embedded engagement, not just the first one.
