// terms
Terms of use for this website.
These terms cover the site you're reading. The agreement for an actual engagement is a separate, signed contract.
// scope
What these terms cover
These terms apply to webstreaming.com.ar itself: the pages, the content and the code that render them. They don't cover an actual engagement — if you hire us, that's governed by a written services agreement signed by both sides, described in full onhow we contract.
// not an offer
Informational, not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance or a binding quote. Prices shown on the pricing page are indicative starting points for engagements of the kind described — a binding quote for your specific project comes only in a written proposal after we understand what you're building.
// ip
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to WebStreaming, LLC or are used under license. You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the site's design or code wholesale, or represent it as your own. This has nothing to do with who owns the code we build for you under an engagement — that's answered onhow we contract, and the answer there is you.
// no warranty
No warranty on content
We keep this site reasonably accurate and up to date, but it's provided as-is, without a warranty that every statement on it is current or error-free. Case studies, technology pages and pricing describe our work and our practices in good faith at the time of writing.
// liability
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, WebStreaming isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. This limitation doesn't extend to a signed services agreement, which sets its own terms.
// governing law
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA — the same governing law used in our client contracts, described onhow we contract.
// changes
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date below is the last time they changed.
