You get a core team that leads architecture and owns delivery, plus a vetted network of senior engineers we call on as scope grows. Every engineer is vetted by WebStreaming, works under our NDA and IP assignment, and is managed by us rather than handed off to your team to onboard alone.

How vetting and interviews work

Before an engineer is ever proposed to a client, they go through an architecture and system-design interview, a real code sample, and a review of past production work. A shortlist that passes that bar is presented to you, and you interview and approve every candidate yourself before they join — we don’t staff anyone you haven’t spoken to.

Starting and staying a fit

A new engineer can start within two weeks of a signed agreement, once the interview and approval step above is done. If the fit isn’t right in the first two weeks on the engagement, you don’t pay for the mismatch — we replace the engineer with another candidate from the same interview process, at no added cost, or refund the difference.

Time zone and language

Every engineer on the roster works a full working day of overlap with US Eastern time (EST/EDT) — on your hours, not a partial window. The team works in English, and written and spoken English is advanced and assessed before anyone joins a client team, not left to be discovered on the first call.

A roadmap rarely needs developers alone. The roles we staff cover a full product team:
